Advanced Refresher Training.

Out today with Ian who has his RoSPA retest in a few months time. He wanted some refresher training.

Starting at Caerphilly Mountain we travelled just under 200 very scenic miles, taking in stops at The Owl’s Nest in Llandovery & Cafe Express at Crossgates near Llandrindod Wells.

Don’t Leave them behind.

If you can’t make the Hospital Teddy Bear run on the 8th of December then don’t despair.

You can drop your Teddies off at Caerphilly Mountain Snack Bar and they will feed them until we collect them to take to the Hospital for you on the Teddy Run.

Bethlehem Ride Out this weekend.

The November Ride Out is to coincide with the Christmas Fair at Bethlehem in West Wales.

If your Christmas cards have a 1st Class stamp then they will be given a special commemorative hand stamp Post Mark at the Post Office there, ‘Christmas Greetings from Bethlehem’.

Meeting at Caerphilly Mountain Snack Bar for a 9am departure. Saturday 30th November.

It’s not as warms as it looks!

Our new Instructor Russ takes the cbt today with Jonathan on the scooter and Michael on the 125.

Both novices who handled the cold well, and worked at taking on the new skills needed to ride safely on the road. Michael is a Kick Boxing Champ so there was no queuing for us in McDonalds!!!
