This is Mel on her cbt today. Looking forward to life on two wheels, as Anthony talks her through the controls of her new purchase. A great day for Mel which finished off with a ride up Caerphilly Mountain and a welcome coffee at the snack bar. A great sense of achievement. She said, “I can’t believe I’ve just ridden up Caerphilly Mountain. I’ve never ridden before today”! It’s what the cbt is all about. Well done Mel.
