Before the festive madness sets in….. As the year draws to a close, we want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy & Safe New Year. Through this year, biking has brought so much pleasure to many of you, and we are overjoyed to have been part of that, with you, but we have seen at first hand the torment and tragedy that can sometimes seek us out. In many cases, it’s mistakes by the rider that cause the problem and not necessarily other road users. At 1st Class Rider Training, we urge you all to take care. Enjoy your riding but ride safely. That twist of the throttle can turn to Tragedy in a split second, so always keep your loved ones uppermost in your minds. Nobody wants an empty seat at the Christmas lunch table, with your presents unopened under the tree. Your family want you home. Have a Merry Christmas and keep visiting us here to keep up to date with whatever we’re doing in 2020. Have a 1st Class Christmas.

Guess who just passed her test!! A massive ‘well done’ to Kate, who battled through horrendous conditions today to get to Bridgend, where she passed her Mod 2 bike test first time. Freezing winds, rain and hailstones couldn’t stop her. A quick Magic Bean Drink to warm up did the trick. A great result, and a well deserved smile.
